ME & CHARLOTTE 6 MONTHS
Now my little sister Charlotte is six months. I want to show you some pictures of Charlotte, six months and me, when I was six months. Do you think we look alike?

We went to the mountains to spend our New Year holiday with dad's aunt Mama Mahimbo who lives in a village called Mbaga. It was a long but exciting drive to get there. First we drove to Same district in the Kilimanjaro Region. Then we drove to a small town called Kisiwani and from there we drove up, up, up the mountain on a small, windy road until we reached Mama Mahimbo's house. We were there for almost a week and it was very relaxing. We went for walks, bike rides, played, rested, talked and had nice food.
Here is the view from Mbaga.
Here I am standing in front of Mama Mahimbo's house with Mama Mahimbo, Charlotte, my friend Fahad and his mom Helena, who is dad's cousin. They joined us for the holiday and Fahad and I had great fun together!

At nursery school, Christmas really started with the St Lucia celebration. We sang Christmas songs to our parents and after the performance, we had gingerbread biscuits and saffron buns!
Here I am having gingerbread biscuits with my friends Emma and Michelle.
We spent Christmas eve at home. It was me, Charlotte, Junior, dad, mom, my cousin Jed, my friend Malaika, their parents, Maria, Juliana and some friends from Zambia. We had a Christmas tree and even snow which dad had brought from the shop. Dad sprayed the snow on the windows!
Jed, Malaika and I had our own Christmas dinner table with meetballs, ham, omelette and potatoes. We ate while we were eagerly waiting for Santa Claus.

We went back to Dar es Salaam at the end of October when my sister Charlotte was 2,5 months old. Grandma Maggan came with us and stayed for almost two weeks which was fun!
Here I am with grandma Maggan at Slipway - the best ice-cream place in town!
Here are both my grandmothers - Rose and Maggan, and my little sister Charlotte.
Granddad Peter holding me and Charlotte, which I thought was great fun!
Look, Charlotte is trying to sing Itsy Bitsy Spider!
It was nice to take a dip in the pool again. Here I am swimming one evening with my brother Junior. He had school holidays from his studies in South Africa for two months, which was great!
Here dad and I took Charlotte for a swim for the first time. She enjoyed it, especially to sit in my old boat.
